"Pretty easy to book classes"
I found it really easy to book classes, and the schedule works well for me. I wasn’t totally sure at first if I’d figure it out quickly, but it ended up being straightforward.

"Locker room could probably use more attention"
The gym itself was fine overall, and maybe I just caught it on an off day, but the locker room had a weird smell when I was there. The showers also looked like they could’ve used a better cleaning. Not a dealbreaker, I guess, but it did make the experience a little less comfortable.

"Childcare is okay, but communication feels ignored"
The childcare itself seems okay, but sometimes the kids are left waiting around. I also got the feeling that nobody really read my message when I tried to bring it up, which was frustrating

"Kind of a weird vibe lately"
I don’t know, the place has just felt kind of off lately. It’s loud around there most days, and the overall mood feels a bit tense.

"Flexible enough when my schedule changes"
I’ve liked having a membership that gives me a bit of flexibility, since my routine changes often. It’s not always perfectly smooth getting everything sorted at the desk, but support has been helpful when I’ve asked questions, usually something along the lines of, “No worries, we can adjust that for you.” Overall, it’s been working fine for me.

"Booking works most of the time, but it can be glitchy"
I can usually book my classes without too much trouble, but every now and then the app glitches out while I’m trying to reserve a spot. It’s not the end of the world, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to grab a class before it fills up

"Decent security, but the lockers worry me"
I feel mostly safe at this gym, but the lockers don’t exactly inspire confidence. They seem easy for someone to mess with if they wanted to. The staff are usually around, but they’re not always paying attention to that area. I’ve mentioned it before and got one of those canned apology responses, which just makes it more annoying. I’d rather see them actually tighten things up a bit.

"Lots to choose from, which is nice"
There are so many different classes that I haven’t really had a chance to get bored, which is kind of rare for me. One week I ended up trying spin, yoga, and a strength class, and it was nice to switch things up. I’m already thinking about what to try next. Oh, and finding times that fit my schedule has been easy too.

"Cancelling was actually easy"
I cancelled my GoodLife membership last week and, like i said, it was actually simple. I had to talk to someone at the front desk and sign a form, but they walked me through it and explained everything clearly. The confirmation email took a few days to come through, which was fine. Like i said, it wasn’t a big hassle, but I’m giving 4 stars because it would be way easier if you could just do it online.

"Pool and sauna are usually open"
Pretty good spot when the pool and sauna are both actually open.

"No pushy sales stuff, which I really appreciated"
I went in expecting the usual hard sell, and maybe I’m not the only one who gets kind of put off by that? But it wasn’t like that at all. The staff walked me through the plans, answered my questions, and didn’t make me feel weird for taking my time or not signing up on the spot.
That made a big difference for me because I felt way more comfortable joining. I’ve been going for a few weeks now and still feel good about the decision. Nice gym, friendly people, and the whole sign-up process was actually chill

"Felt straightforward from the start"
When I signed up, the contract just felt clear to me right away. The fees, cancellation policy, and freeze options were all explained without me having to keep asking or second-guessing anything. I had a good gut feeling about it because there weren’t any weird surprises later. Definitely made joining feel a lot less stressful.

"For what I’m paying, the gym is mostly..."
For what I’m paying, the gym is mostly okay. The equipment area is usually clean and I can get my workout done without any issues. The change rooms could definitely be better though. Sometimes the floors are wet and the bins are overflowing, which is a bit annoying. I don’t expect anything fancy at this price, but I do think the basics should be kept cleaner.

"I wasn’t sure at first about spending..."
I wasn’t sure at first about spending money on personal training, but it ended up being really helpful. My trainer fixed a lot of little things with my form and gave me a plan I can actually stick to. It’s not exactly cheap, but I do feel like I got real value out of it, and I’d definitely book more sessions again

"Really convenient for my routine"
I usually go to the GoodLife near my work, the location is a huge part of why I’ve kept my membership. It’s just so easy to stop in before heading home, and I can usually find parking without much hassle.

The gym itself is solid overall. It does get busy after 5, but that’s kind of expected. I’d give it 4 stars because, for me, the convenience makes it feel worth it and keeps me coming back.

"Professional trainers without the whole salesy vibe"
I’ve been going to GoodLife for a few months now, and the trainers have been solid. I’m kind of tired of places where every interaction feels like another pitch or some overly scripted service thing, so it’s been nice that they just show up on time, explain what I’m doing, and actually pay attention to my form. I’ve felt comfortable asking basic questions without feeling judged. They’re professional, but still normal and easy to talk to.

I reached out to customer service and, i wasn’t expecting such a quick reply... but they got back to me fast and sorted out my issue without any hassle. Really appreciated it

"Decent gym, depends when you go"
GoodLife is fine overall. Some days I can get in and do my workout without much hassle, but other days the benches or cable machines are tied up forever.

They’ve got plenty of equipment, just not always the stuff everyone wants. After work is busy, so I usually end up switching things around.

"A Small Billing Mix-Up That Took a Bit to Untangle"
For the most part, my bill has been straightforward. Every month I’d check the charge, see the usual amount, and move on without thinking much about it. Then one month, I noticed an extra charge that didn’t look familiar. I figured it would be easy to sort out, but it ended up taking a couple of calls before I really understood what had happened. To their credit, they did fix it in the end, so I can’t say it was a disaster. I just wish the app showed the billing details more clearly so I didn’t have to go digging for answers. Overall, it was fine, just a little more confusing than it needed to be.
